More quality legal work from Marc Dann

From The Columbus Dispatch:

Judges have not looked kindly on Attorney General Marc Dann's legal strategy for forcing skill-based wagering machines out of Ohio, and today, Dann lost another key decision.

And why is Dann getting smacked down on this?  Because he originally agreed to authorize these machines back in May after the gambling industry held some fundraisers for him.

The state cannot back out of an agreement it reached in May with one skill-game manufacturer to allow it to legally operate the Match ‘Um Up game in Ohio, Franklin County Common Pleas Court Judge David W. Fais ruled today. (Dispatch)
