Attorney General Marc Dann's scheduler had made arrangements to accompany Dann to a four-day conference in Turkey last June after Dann's wife dropped out, the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police confirmed to The Dispatch today.
The article notes that Jessica Utovich has been "the subject of much speculation over her relationship with her boss." It was definitely an odd one.
